This was a letter written by a Queensland LNP staffer, Max, to Dr Carole Ford, a feminist.

Here’s is a taste of what he had to say;

“The world would be a better place if people like you stood for political preselection and learned the hard way that ability is not measured by chromosomes.
Question: Why don’t you have a go? Answer: Like most women, you probably don’t possess the necessary drive, determination and decisiveness that men innately possess. It’s not a personal criticism; it’s a fact of biology. Where, for example, are the great female explorers, mountaineers, warriors, inventors, chefs? Blokes dominate most areas of human endeavour because Nature equipped them with something called testosterone. That was part of Nature’s grand design to enable men to be stronger, more fearless and more determined than their sisters. Sorry, Carole, fact not fiction.”

It actually makes me sick, and I’m torn between bursting into tears that people like this still exist and tracking town his address to scribble obscenities on the exterior of his house.
If anyone one know’s this ‘Max’ please break his nose for me.
When I have composed myself/have time I shall write a reply letter for him. I will do my best to keep it ‘clean’….

Up date: This was Dr Fords response (from Mamamia )

Ms Ford told the Brisbane Times:

“It’s just extremely disappointing that any man in 2012 would think that way,” she said.

“It surprised me that in this day and age people would get angry about a request for woman to have better representation in parliament. It’s astounding that people would be angry that we make that request.”

Words Fail Me. How can this man be such an ignorant piece of shit!

When A Guys Can’t Take No For An Answer

It’s new years eve and I am dancing the night away with friends, all be it they were all male, when a random guy decided to pull my bag to get my attention. I gave him a WTF look and told him “don’t touch me”, and kept walking. Later on the dance floor the same guy flicked my bra strap, now i don’t know about you but I find that a gross invasion of my body. This time I was a little more forceful and told him to “fuck off” and moved away.

Now you would think that would be a pretty clear message not to bother me, but no. He came up behind me again on the dance floor, put his hands round my waist and thumbs in the top of my jeans. I pulled away, now very pissed off and turned to face him and said to him “fuck off; and if you touch me again, I will beat the shit out of you”.

Again you would think that would be pretty clear that I was not interested, but he came back again later and tried the hands round my waist, again. This time i lost my shit and slogged him twice in the guts, hard (I am a black belt after all), and screamed repeatedly “fuck off, just fuck off”. As this was happening, he gave me this look as if to say ‘what have i done’, I also drew a bit of a crowd, which I hope embarrassed him.

Now I can understand a guy giving it one attempt, maybe 2 if they are very drunk and really hopeful/desperate, but you would think 3 time with a warning of physical retaliation would be a big enough clue that you are not interested. Now I am not saying that all guys are like that, hey I was with eight guys that night that I saw understood that no means I am not interested and they then move on to another girl, but it is not the first time a guys has not taken no for an answer.

P.S. I hope he has bruises.

Asking who’s the “man” and who’s the “woman” in a gay relationship is like going to a Chinese restaurant and asking which chopstick is the fork.

This is the best analogy in life.
